The Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) is Scotland’s leading mental health charity. We have been around since 1923, and with decades of accumulated experience, we’ve become Scotland’s experts in promoting mental health. We recognise that every one of us needs to keep mentally healthy. So as well as providing expert support every day to people with mental health problems, we work hard to promote positive mental health throughout Scotland.
A very important part of our work is supporting people who have lost a loved one to suicide. One of our National Programmes; Suicide Prevention, needs your support. We need to raise funds to deliver this crucial programme: your help could give a future to someone at risk of suicide.
