2025 SHM - Runner Bus Ticket (Return Journey)
This ticket can be used to take runners from any of the Travel Hubs to the Start Area at Meadowmill and back to your chosen Travel hub from the Finish Area at Musselburgh Racecourse.
You will need to purchase one ticket per person using the service.
Travel hubs
The Travel Hub locations are Newcraighall Park & Ride, Musselburgh Grammar School, Sheriffhall Park & Ride and Wallyford Park & Ride. All of these Travel Hubs have parking and public transport connections. Please see the travel information page for more information about each hub.
Route
This event bus service will operate between the Travel Hub locations and Meadowmill Sports Centre (start) before the Half Marathon, and from Linkfield Road (finish) back to the Travel Hubs after the Half Marathon.
The event bus service will operate from 09:00 to 15:30. It will cease servicing Meadowmill Sports Centre at 10:30 ahead of the Half Marathon starting at 11:00 so you must be at your chosen location 10 minutes prior to your ticket departure time to board the bus.
You can download your bus ticket from your MyRunning account from 10 days prior to the event.
Please note: bus tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
